Return & Refund Policy

At Play More, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to have a premium experience when purchasing our wellness supplements. Please read below our Return, Cancellation, and Refund rules managed under **SUKKUN HERBS AND FARMS PRIVATE LIMITED**.

1. Order Cancellations

Since all our orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, you have complete flexibility to cancel your order prior to dispatch:

  • You can cancel your order immediately during our Customer Verification Call. Simply inform our support executive that you wish to cancel, and we will delete the order immediately from our databases.
  • Once the order is verified and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. If you decide not to accept the shipment during delivery, please inform the courier rider.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (7 Days Policy)

We take absolute care in packaging our wellness products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a 7-Day Replacement or Refund option under the following guidelines:

  • You must report the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the package by contacting our registered support email or helpline.
  • Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory): To prevent fraudulent claims, customers are required to record a continuous, unedited video of opening the shipping box/seal showing the outer label clearly. This video must be shared with our support team as evidence of damage or wrong item delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the hygiene, health, and wellness nature of nutraceutical products, we cannot accept returns for bottle seals that have been broken, products that have been partially used, or boxes that show visible tampering. Only sealed, unopened boxes in their original delivered state qualify for standard returns.

4. Refund Settlements

If a refund is approved by our support team (following the verification of a damaged product with parcel opening video evidence):

  • Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds cannot be credited back to a card automatically.
  • We will request your bank account details (including IFSC code) or UPI ID securely via email or official customer helpline.
  • The verified refund amount will be credited directly to your bank account or UPI within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
